Use this form to request a list of people to send emails to in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. We’ll place it in your business unit on your behalf, or send you the data if you’re using a different system.
Note that our turnaround time is five days for simple requests. With more complex segmentation or excluding audiences your request may take more time. We’ll let you know if we foresee your request taking longer than expected.
This form submits to our Jira environment, and you’ll get email updates as we progress through your request and ask additional questions if we have any. You can also email datareq@iu.edu if you have questions about your request.
The process
- You submit your data request.
- We receive, evaluate, and route for data steward approval.
- The data steward(s) either approve or deny your request to use the data.
- If denied, we’ll let you know and will not move forward with placing the data for you.
- If approved, we will pull the data and place in Marketing Cloud. The time this takes depends on the complexity of your request and whether we have the data in hand already.
